wood fired brick oven pizza has been voted best gourmet pizza in
Rhode Island many times. We only use seasoned wood in our oven
which gives the crust a smoky flavor and a slightly chewy crust.
Via Via uses only premium ingredients on every menu item we sell. The
slices are big enough to fold them over and eat them Brooklyn
style.
We cook all of our pizza pies directly on the bottom of our wood
oven which gives you a much healthier pizza pie compared to the
traditional pan pizza. Traditional pan pizza is literally oven
fried in up to 8 ounces of added oil. Do you want up to 8 ounces
of added oil with your pizza? Then why eat pan pizza, our wood
oven pizza offers superior taste and is so much healthier for
you.
No pork or alcohol is used in the preparation of any menu items.
We use only the more expensive beef pepperoni, beef bacon and
beef sausage on our pizza and in our salads, calzones,
sandwiches, pasta's and other menu items.

 The
Via Blue Ocean menu was added after many customers at our
Newport location hinted that if was hard to find a value driven
good seafood restaurant in the area. They mentioned that if we
could make pizza this great then how about adding New England
style seafood to the menu. Via Blue Ocean menu was launched and
became an instant hit and we have since added the menu to our
Providence location. Although many people found it odd to mix a
pizza menu together with seafood, they quickly realized that
indeed it was a great combination. They also realized that now
they could order something for everyone. We can deliver a pizza
for the kids and a complete seafood dinner for the adults.
Whether you are in the mood for clam cakes and chowder, a
lobster roll, or king crab legs we can satisfy your seafood
craving.
